Sport and entertainment

Szczyrk is undoubtedly one of the best known and best loved ski resorts in Poland, often nicknamed the Winter Capital of Poland. Not without a reason, for no other ski complex around could ever hold a candle to this one. Remember, not only is skiing or snowboarding lots of fun, but also a splendid way to stay fit and healthy!

At present, there are 3 modern resorts with more than 40 km of professional ski pistes at your disposal.

SZCZYRK MOUNTAIN RESORT

One of the largest and most modern ski resorts in Poland, offering more than 23 km of varied ski pistes (including 5 km of illuminated ones), thus, if you crave for some white craze, that’s the right spot for you.

Since the 2017 season, you can enjoy as many as 40 km of ski pistes, for our resort has entered into cooperation with the Central Sports Centre (COS) and Beskid Sport Arena.

Since 2017, the modernisation process has enriched Szczyrk Mountain Resort with a new 10-person gondola lift and two 6-person chairlifts. In the 2018 season, another 6-person chairlift to Zbójnicka Kopa was opened, it is extremely popular amongst beginners. The new lifts provide you with an easy the Szczyrk Mountain Resort and the Central Sports Centre on the top of the Skrzyczne Mountain. Furthermore, a new snowing system with a large, 100 000 m3 container and 368 snow canons (mind you, it’s like 40 Olympic size pools) was built on the Skrzyczeńska Pasture.

SKI RESORT SKRZYCZNE COS SZCZYRK

This resort offers more than 10 kilometres of varied ski resorts, including a piste with the FIS homologation. The local black and red pistes have been equipped with the snowing system. What is more, there is also a modern cable railway, a 4-person chairlift with the traffic capacity of 2400 persons per hour, going from the lower station in Szczyrk through Jaworzyna up to the very top of the Skrzyczne Mountain.

1st part – Szczyrk-Jaworzyna – 4-person chairlift opened in September 2017

2nd part – Jaworzyna-Skrzyczne - 4-person chairlift opened in December 2013.

SKI ACADEMY OF MAX THE TEDDY BEAR

SIGN YOUR CHILD ON FOR A SKI OR SNOWBOARD COURSE!

Within the 2022/2023 season, the Academy of Max the Teddy offers both 5-day and weekend trainings for your Little Ones.

The Academy of the Max the Teddy Bear for children aged 6-16 years at any level.

The classes begin at 10:00 am and end at 2:00 pm, including a 15-minute-long break for a cup of warm tea and a nice lunch in the Babyroom. The course lasts 5 days. It STARTS ON MONDAYS ONLY!!!

The Sports Academy of Max the Teddy Bear for children aged 13-16 years

who can ski

These are classes intended for more advanced skiers, including elements of sports skiing.

Here, we concentrate ourselves on parallel long and short turns as well as and slalom skiing. The classes begin at 10:00 am and end at 2:00 pm, including a 15-minute-long break for a cup of warm tea and a nice lunch at the Kuflonka Restaurant. The course lasts 5 days.

The course price includes:

supervision by a licenced instructor
ski pass for all the SMR lifts during classes
fast pass and skipping the queue during classes
ski contest at the end of the course
gifts from Reim for every participants after class
skier / snowboarder record
course completion diploma
tea and lunch every day
access to the Babyroom before and after classes
discount at the equipment rental

Przywitaj z nami Nowy Rok na stoku

Sylwester na stoku to już tradycja! Tym razem mamy dla Was dwie propozycję! W ostatnią noc roku możesz szusować na stoku albo szusować i bawić się w Restauracji Kuflonka, gdzie będzie na Was czekała DJ Karola z muzyką na żywo w duecie z saksofonem, całonocny bufet oraz bar dostępny bez limitu!

Rozkręcamy imprezkę od 18:00 i bawimy się do 00:30. O godz. 00:00 wspólnie przywitamy Nowy Rok!

Do wyboru pakiety sylwestrowe:

VIP PARTY KUFLONKA, czyli sylwestrowe szusowanie z niepowtarzalną imprezką na poziomie 1000 m n.p.m. w Restauracji Kuflonka z bufetem, open barem, karnetem narciarskim/ karnetem turystycznym i muzyką na żywo graną przez DJ Karolę. Impreza zamknięta, tylko dla osób powyżej 18. roku życia. Ograniczona ilość miejsc.
SKIPARTY, czyli sylwestrowe szusowanie aż do 00:30 oraz strefa muzyczna i strefy gastro przy dolnej stacji gondoli. W cenę wliczony jest skipass.
