  Szczyrk is one of the most famous and beloved ski resorts in Poland by winter sport enthusiasts. It is also called the winter capital of Poland. Skiing and snowboarding are excellent ways of active rest during winter, providing great fun and developing physical fitness.

  SZCZYRK MOUNTAIN RESORT

  is one of the largest and most modern ski resorts in Poland. The resort has over 23 km of varied downhill slopes (including 5 km of lit slopes) which means that every fan of winter sports will find something for themselves.

  Since the 2017 season, thanks to the cooperation with Central Sports Centre and Beskid Sport Arena, the customers of the resorts can use a common skipass for almost 40 km of slopes.

  Szczyrk Mountain Resort after the first stage of modernization since the 2017 season has a new 10-person gondola lift and two 6-seater chairlifts. Since the 2018 season, another 6-seater chairlift has been launched on Zbójnicka Kopa, which enjoys particular interest among beginner skiers. The new lift allows for smooth movement between the Szczyrk Mountain Resort and the Central Sports Centre on Skrzyczne. A completely new snowmaking system with a large reservoir with a capacity of 100 000 m3 (40 Olympic pools) on the Hala Skrzyczeńska feeds water to 368 snow lances and cannons.

  SKI RESORT SKRZYCZNE COS SZCZYRK

  The slopes of Skrzyczne have over 10 kilometers of various ski slopes of the Central Sports Centre, including a FIS-approved slope. The local black and red slopes are equipped with a snowmaking system. Fully comfortable use of ski attractions is guaranteed by, among others, a modern cable car, a 4-seater chairlift with a capacity of 2400 people per hour, reaching from the lower station in Szczyrk, through Jaworzyna, to the top of Skrzyczne.

  BESKID SPORT ARENA

  The ski complex situated in the Biła Valley, with a modern 6-seater detachable chairlift equipped with wind shields and T-bar lifts, was opened in December 2016. In the winter season, it offers 4 ski slopes with a total length of 3.2 km..

  ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN SKIING OR SNOWBOARDING

  During the winter season 2023/24, we are launching skiing or snowboarding courses for children aged 6-16 (snowboarding from 8 years old). Groups will consist of up to 5 children.

  Children of all skill levels are accepted into groups. Classes take place from 10:00 to 14:00. There is a 15-minute break planned for a warm tea and a snack. The course lasts 5 days and STARTS ON MONDAYS ONLY!!!

  The course price includes:

  • supervision by a licensed instructor
  • a total of 20 hours of training over 5 days (4 hours daily from 10:00 to 14:00)
  • ski pass for all SMR lifts for the duration of the classes
  • fast pass queue-jumping
  • ski competition at the end of the course with gifts for all participants
